Ray and Kathryn Leight are a couple who have weathered real life, real challenges, and real joy together for 34+ years. As the co-founders of Faith by Grace Ministries, they teach, offer coaching sessions, and provide a wide range of resources designed to help you believe and live in the truth of who you are in Christ. Together, Ray and Kathryn speak vulnerably about communication, mental health, friendship, and the long-term beauty of choosing one another again and again. Their sessions are filled with hope, honesty, and inspiration, all aimed at helping you build a relationship where you feel safe, known, and deeply loved. Ray and Kathryn are in the trenches with you - still learning, growing, and pursuing connection themselves. At the Relationship Advance, Ray and Kathryn will create a safe, hopeful, joy-filled space for couples to grow closer, heal deeper, and begin living out a more connected, wholehearted relationship. You'll laugh. You might cry. And you'll definitely leave equipped and encouraged to take the next steps in your journey together.
This relationship conference is a space to reconnect, reflect, and grow-whether you're dating, married, or rebuilding. It invites couples and individuals to explore the heart of healthy relationships. Through these sessions, we'll look at identity and love, communication that fosters safety and connection, navigating real-life challenges like mental health and grief, and cultivating lasting friendship and joy. Each session offers practical tools and meaningful reflection for relationships that are honest, resilient, and life-giving.
